So, last night’s dinner was amazing. Truly, truly wonderful. And, all thanks to the lovely blogger, Sonnet and her blog In Sonnet’s Kitchen. (<—- click on her links for the recipe!)
Holy moley. We tried the Zucchini Fettuccine with Rosemary Butternut Creme Sauce, and loved every single bite. I don’t have a veggie spiraler (which is how you make zucchini fettuccine,) so I just sliced the zucchini very thin with my Kitchen Aid.
I added it to our “What We Ate This Week” board on Pinterest, and also pinned it to our Gluten Free board. Try it out, I’m sure you’ll love it as much as we did.
